Thomas Homes will be converting these spectacular listed Victorian buildings into a selection of houses and apartments as part of the redevelopment of the Fair Mile site, in partnership with Linden Homes and the Homes and Communities Agency. Together they will create a vibrant new community at this site next to the River Thames in Cholsey, South Oxfordshire.

Status: Construction due to commence Summer 2010, with completion of first plots due Summer 2011.
